Indian Community School of Milwaukee is one of my first choices of employer in my home community. There is no other organization I would be more proud to work for, and no community in this state I would rather serve. This is my dream job, I also have the skills to do it well.

Most of the communities I would like to serve, and most of the organizations I would be as proud to work with, would require relocation, and I like Wisconsin. Of all organizations in our area, ICS has the history that I would be proudest to be associated with. If I had known there was a technical support position, I would have applied some months ago.

I love being involved in helping people develop skills and solve problems, particularly with computer networks and webware. I am not very familiar with Novell yet, but am very comfortable with most important windows applications, Home WinXP networks, business network theory, ERMs, and am a fast, self motivated learner, with an eye ever towards helping create better information resources for everyone.

I have long been a student of native and consensus cultures, particularly those of our area. Recently I read Walleye Warriors because I know one of the authors, Rick Whaley from work with the Green Party. I was ashamed of how much important work and struggle I've missed.

Although I seek to work for ICS in any capacity, I feel Help Desk and Technical support is the best place to start, where I would feel most comfortable and be the most useful.

In the past, before ICS, I have lived within blocks of the old college, and wished for it while bicycling past. In the early days of ICS, one day I worked for Fun Festivals to set up carnival rides at an ICS fund raiser, when the facilities were as yet unkempt and empty from lack of care and funding. I have always been proud of what is going on at ICS. My head would be held much higher to be employed here in this capacity.
