This was an attempt to come up with a simple logo for ease of
reproduction and manipulation, circa 1993.
I photocopied the sketch for safe-keeping, then used marker to color the copy.
The background was colored by copying onto blue paper.
The texturing is a result of age.
This methodology convinced me immediately of the value of using computers to save early layers,
before they are confused by the addition of later ones.
It would be 5 more years before I owned a computer, and I am still trying to remember to save early layers often.
It actually reduces quite well, if you have this site open in tabs, or in your bookmarks you will see the smallest copy.
It is not recognizable to the uninitiated, it almost looks like a cross at that size, but I can pick it out easily,
it helps me navigate my browser tabs when referencing or modifying my site.
